ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL

87 submissions were considered by the commercial and residential review committees. 68 were approved and 19 were deferred or disapproved.

Three new homes were approved in the Cottonwood Valley development.
Plans for a 3-story (250,000 SF) office building at 6460 Las Colinas Blvd. (Citigroup) were approved.
$2,670 in submission fees were collected; year-to-date $40,030 in fees have been collected.

COVENANT ENFORCEMENT

142 issues have been resolved, 488 properties are being pursued and two were referred to legal counsel.

Cottonwood Valley vacant lot mowing was completed.

321 Steeplechase is on the City’s Building and Standards Commission October 14^th agenda for further action.

COMMON PROPERTY

Cycle six field mowing was completed.

Interviews were conducted with all bidders who submitted proposals for the 2005-06 landscape maintenance contract.

Irrigation installation was completed at the new turning lane at Riverside Drive and LaVillita.

New electrical cable was installed to all controllers on Story Road.

ALARM MONITORING/PATROL

Distributed letters to residents as a reminder to test alarm systems monthly. This will help to control false alarms.

As of September 30^th, Dispatch processed 2,675 alarms for the month. Patrol had 307 alarm responses. 253 of these incidents were deemed as "false alarms" following response.

COMMUNITY RELATIONS

Assisting with general get-out-the-vote efforts for the September 11^th city election.

Continuing to serve as lead coordinator of the Mustangs 20^th Anniversary event to be hosted in October.

Las Colinas Marketing Alliance hosted its membership launch in partnership with an event by the Dallas Business Journal on September 21^st.

Providing editorial assistance for the Las Colinas insert of the Dallas Business Journal.

FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION

Collected $4,960,394 (96.10%) of 2004 assessments through September 29th. Demand letters to be distributed beginning October 25^th.

2005 budget preparations have started.

Prepared for October 4^th Annual Meeting of Members including requests for proxies.

Completed 34 statements of account, 6 estoppel and 19 resale certificates through September 29^th.

Database maintenance included 38 property ownership changes and 369 updates.
