ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL

41 submissions were considered by the Architectural Control Committee. 33 were approved and 8 were deferred or disapproved.

2 new homes were approved.
$ 3,940.00 in submission fees was collected in November. Year-to-date, $ 48,460.00 fees have been collected.

COVENANT ENFORCEMENT

96 issues have been resolved, 487 properties are being pursued and three new cases were referred to legal counsel.

Cycle VIII vacant lot mowing for Cottonwood Valley was completed.

Commercial night light review was conducted in the last week of November.

29 properties were inspected in conjunction with estoppel and/or resale certificate requests.

COMMON PROPERTY

Sidewalk repairs for 2004 were completed.

Commercial field mowing for the year was completed.

A dedication tree for Lee Halford was installed at Flagpole Hill.

A groundcover bed was installed at Pea Patch Lake.

Holiday Reindeer were installed at Island Greens.

ALARM MONITORING/PATROL

Completed a multi-family information packet concerning alarm monitoring services and handed them out to all complexes.

As of November 29, 2004 Dispatch processed 2,629 alarms for the month. Patrol had 332 alarm responses. 220 of the alarm responses were deemed as "false alarms".

COMMUNITY RELATIONS

Launched employee newsletter.

Prepared for new residential/commercial property owner receptions.

Co-researching employee programs/incentives with Scott Wilson.

Preparing for new email distribution method of the LCA newsletter. (Based on survey results, the majority of respondents preferred receiving the newsletter via email.)

Working with the Las Colinas Marketing Alliance on developing a multi-use brochure.

Replaced banners in Urban Center to reflect the holidays.

FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION

Collected $5,082,360.00 (98.66 %) of 2004 assessments through November 30^th.

Completed 23 statements of account, 5 estoppels and 24 resale certificates through 30^th.

Database maintenance included 21 property ownership changes and 222 updates.

Assessment letters continue to be delivered.
